Every young person deserves the opportunity to build a positive future. CRCMC’s Youth Reentry & Conflict Coaching Program helps youth develop communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills that support successful transitions home, to school, and into the community.

Our Conflict Coaches work one-on-one with youth to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and prepare for successful reentry through individualized coaching and family-centered support.
