About Community Conferencing
Community Conferencing is a restorative process that brings together individuals who have been affected by a conflict or incident—including those who caused harm, those impacted, family members, and other supportive community members.
Guided by trained facilitators, participants discuss what happened, how people were affected, and what can be done to repair harm and move forward together.
Rather than focusing solely on punishment, Community Conferencing emphasizes accountability, healing, and collaborative problem-solving.
